Ups and Downs

Sorry for the long delay in the blog update, but the past two weeks have been difficult for Anne and I. Before coming to Uganda I knew our experience would not be filled with just rainbows and butterflies as the saying goes, rather there would be some ups and downs along the way. The past two weeks we have had our share of downs and more downs. Personality conflicts have left us feeling hurt and disheartened at the end of the day. It even left us questioning our time and experience here. However, I know the Lord has called me here for a reason, and I cannot let anyone or anything let me forget the reason I came here in the first place. There may be some bad days, but in the end the good always outweighs the bad.
